Pippa is an experienced chiropractor in Bath, an Advanced Clinical Pilates instructor and the founder of Circus Health. She has more than 17 years’ experience in private practice and holds an MSc in Sports Medicine.

Throughout her career, Pippa has developed particular interests in sports injuries, women’s health and helping people return confidently to exercise and everyday activity.

Her experience includes more than 10 years working in professional rugby, where she supported athletes with injury management, rehabilitation and physical performance.

Sports injury and rehabilitation experience

Pippa works with active people at every level, from those returning to movement after a period of pain to recreational exercisers and experienced athletes.

Her background in chiropractic, sports medicine and clinical Pilates allows her to combine hands-on care, movement assessment and individualised rehabilitation. Depending on the person and their needs, this may include advice, appropriate chiropractic treatment, mobility work, strength exercises and progressive return-to-activity planning.

Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Pippa works with each patient to understand what may be contributing to their problem and what they would like to achieve.

Women’s health and active ageing

Pippa also has a special interest in supporting women through different stages of life, including pregnancy, postnatal recovery and the peri-menopausal and menopausal years.

She understands that changes in strength, recovery, lifestyle and confidence can affect how someone feels and moves. Her approach is practical and individualised, helping each patient find realistic ways to remain strong, active and involved in the activities that matter to them.

Pippa’s approach

Pippa takes a whole-person approach to care, considering each patient’s symptoms alongside their work, lifestyle, exercise and personal goals.

She is passionate about giving people a clearer understanding of their bodies and an active role in their recovery. Her aim is to provide an appropriate combination of treatment, advice and rehabilitation that helps each person make meaningful progress towards their goals.

As the founder of Circus Health, Pippa has created a collaborative clinic where chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage and rehabilitation can work together to provide joined-up, patient-centred care.

Outside the clinic

Pippa loves spending time outdoors. When she is not in the clinic, you will often find her walking in the mountains, running or escaping to the coast.

Her own passion for fitness and the outdoors gives her a genuine understanding of how frustrating it can be when pain or injury gets in the way. She enjoys helping patients work towards returning to the movement, sport and everyday activities they value.
